At KPL Live, we believe that real-world conditions tell the true story of a vehicle's fuel efficiency. Unlike laboratory tests that produce idealized figures, our tests reflect how you actually drive.
Before testing, we ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. Tire pressure is set to manufacturer specifications, the vehicle is serviced if needed, and we use standard fuel from regular pumps.
We conduct a 50km city loop that includes stop-and-go traffic, traffic signals, and typical urban driving conditions. AC is kept on at 22°C with two occupants in the vehicle.
A 100km highway run at steady speeds between 80-100 km/h. We maintain consistent speeds using cruise control where available to measure pure highway efficiency.
We use precision fuel measurement equipment and GPS logging to accurately track distance and fuel consumption. Each test is repeated at least three times for consistency.
All results are cross-verified by our team of automotive engineers. We also compare our findings with user-reported data to ensure accuracy.
